The prices above are total reference prices. Calendly collects a 12.59 USD deposit (about 1,999 JPY) to secure your appointment.
Your deposit is credited toward the final total. For example, a 21,999 JPY session usually leaves about 20,000 JPY to be paid in the studio after the tattoo is finished.
The deposit is charged in USD, so the JPY amount is only an estimate. Your bank or payment provider determines the final converted amount.
After the deposit is paid, we will send a short questionnaire covering your preferences, whether you have your own design, whether you need design help, whether you are 18+, and what the tattoo means to you.
Paying the deposit reserves your time slot and means you agree to the booking terms shown on the Calendly checkout page, including any rescheduling or refund rules.
Before & Aftercare
A few simple steps before and after your session can make healing smoother and help your tattoo settle beautifully.
Before You Book
- Get a full night's sleep and eat well before your appointment.
- Avoid alcohol the day before, and limit caffeine right before the session.
- Do not tattoo on sunburned, irritated, or freshly injured skin.
- Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area.
- Please tell us in advance if you have allergies, skin conditions, or special healing concerns.
After Your Session
- Keep the tattoo clean and follow the wrapping guidance from your artist.
- Wash gently with lukewarm water and mild soap, then pat dry.
- Apply a thin layer of recommended aftercare cream without over-moisturizing.
- Avoid pools, hot baths, saunas, and intense sun exposure while healing.
- Do not scratch or pick at flakes; let the skin heal naturally.
These are general guidelines for most appointments. If your design, placement, or skin condition needs extra care, we will walk you through it personally.
How It Works
From booking to arrival, here is exactly what happens next: reserve your time with a deposit, receive your questionnaire after payment, and pay the remaining balance in the studio on the day of your session.
1. Choose a time and pay the deposit
Open our Calendly page, choose the time that suits you best, and pay the 12.59 USD deposit (about 1,999 JPY) to secure your appointment.
2. Receive and complete the questionnaire
After the deposit is paid, we will send a short questionnaire to learn your preferences, whether you have your own design, whether you need design help, whether you are 18+, and what the tattoo means to you.
3. Confirm the plan before your session
We review your answers before the session and follow up if anything needs clarification, design support, or adjustment so your appointment is prepared in advance.
4. Come in and pay the balance
On the day of your tattoo, we confirm the placement and final details, complete the session, and the remaining balance is paid in the studio after the tattoo is finished. As a reference, a tattoo around 4cm usually takes about 2 hours, and a tattoo up to 10cm usually takes around 4 hours. Actual duration may vary based on design complexity, placement, and skin condition.
